Once your order has been prepared and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to the order tracking page.
Delivery Service
All of our Deliveries are made by DHL Express.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch email with a link to track your order at each stage of its journey to you. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home you will be notified by DHL Express and a redelivery will be attempted.
International Customs & Import Duties
For all orders transiting to non-EU countries, you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.
** NOTE FOR ORDERS TRANSITING TO USA **
In 2016, the US raised the de minimis threshold to US$800, meaning that goods valued at US$800 or less can enter duty-free into the US. This threshold depends on the total value of your shipped goods, including shipping fees.
For orders with total value over the de minimis threshold you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance MUST be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
